Monday Fit Workout

Treadmill Circuit 

I hate just running on the treadmill at one pace the entire time. Circuit training is defiantly my favorite way to train. If your short on time it’s also a good way to hit your weights and cardio all in one. I didn’t put a beginner version because I think this workout is good for all levels, adjust to suit your goals. If it’s a hard HITT workout your after then go up in speed, if your going for more of a steady-state cardio workout, bring your sprint speed down and your walk speed up, also by adjusting the incline level will affect your intensity level greatly.
