Monday Fit Workout

Treadmill Fat Burn

I did this workout twice last week…that is saying a lot. I HATE to do the same cardio workout twice! I only had 20 minutes to get through the entire workout so I cut everything in half. My heart rate was in the 150’s, that’s crazy high for just walking! Try it out I promise it will be a fun challenge.
