Fit Snacks:

  • Apple slices dipped in peanut butter or home sweetened yogurt.
  • Popcorn drizzled with spices in olive oil.
  • WW tortillas brushed with olive oil and drizzled with honey and cinnamon, sliced with pizza cutter and broiled till crispy.
  • Frogs on a log- stuff celery with peanut butter and put raisins across the top.
  • Whole grain crackers with cottage cheese
  • Frozen grapes
  • Smoothies (base is frozen bananas)
  • Peanut butter balls
  • Trail mix (our favorite is a mix of semi-sweet chocolate chips, craisins and raw almonds)
  • Cut veggies and dip (dry ranch mix with a combo of sour cream, plain yogurt, and cottage cheese)
  • Fruit with cottage cheese
  • Graham cracker sandwiches with peanut butter
  • Homemade popsicles (juice concentrate made with ½ the water)
  • Corn chips with salsa, guacamole &/or 7 layer bean dip
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Yogurt topped with granola
  • Oven roasted nuts (raw nuts coated with olive oil & salt &/or spices and baked)
  • Whole grain cookies
  • Roasted garbanzo beans
