Fit Rules I (try) Live By

1. No sugar Monday-Friday

2. Never go hungry!

3. One “cheat” meal a week (not to exceed 1,000 calories)

4. Cardio 6 days a week/weights 4 days a week (at least a 500 calorie burn per day)

5. Eat: 3 main meals (300 cals), 2 snacks (200 cals), and 1 night snack (100 cals)

6. Limit Carbohydrates after 3 p.m.

7. Drink a full glass of water before and after each meal/snack

8. At least 7 hours of sleep per night.

9. Have Fun!

10. Try new things!

11. Only weigh once a week.

  • Same time/day

12. 100% Complete Honesty w/self.

13. Never use the word diet.

14. Always have at least three colors on your plate.
